1. Who you are dealing with

2. What we sell

We sell physical tap-to-review cards. Each card is programmed to a web address you nominate — normally your Google review page. Tapping a compatible phone against the card opens that address.

Cards work on iPhone XS and newer, and on effectively every modern Android handset. We cannot guarantee operation on older or unusual devices, or where a customer has disabled the relevant phone setting.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are shown on our pricing page and include VAT where applicable. Current prices:

Single Review Card — R200 (R150 card + R50 programming)
Floor Package, 10 cards — R1 500 (10 × R125 + R250 bulk setup)
Delivery — R95, free once your goods subtotal reaches R600

Payment is processed by Yoco. We never see or store your card details. Your order is confirmed once payment succeeds.

4. Delivery

We deliver within South Africa using The Courier Guy. We aim to have cards programmed, tested and dispatched within 72 hours of your order and of receiving the link you want encoded. Courier transit times are outside our control.

You are responsible for giving us a correct delivery address. Re-delivery caused by an incorrect address may be charged.

5. Programming and changes

We program each card to the address you give us. If you do not have a Google review link, we will locate or create it for you. Cards are re-writable: re-programming to a different address costs R50 per card.

6. Faults and replacements

If a card stops working through no fault of yours, we replace it free within the first 12 months. Lost or stolen cards are replaced at R190 each. See our refund policy for your cancellation and return rights.

7. What we do not promise

We do not guarantee any particular number of reviews, any rating, or any change in your search ranking. Those depend on your guests and on Google, and are outside our control. Nothing on this site should be read as a promise of a commercial result.

8. Acceptable use

You may not use our cards to incentivise, filter or fake reviews. Doing so breaches Google’s policies and may cause your listing to be penalised. We may refuse or cancel an order we believe will be used this way.

9. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008. Subject to that, our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the goods concerned.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of South Africa.
