How much is delivery?
Flat R95 anywhere in South Africa via The Courier Guy — and free on orders of R600 or more, which the Floor Package always is. You'll see the exact amount in your cart before you pay.
Why not just print a QR code?
Because a QR asks your guest to do the work. They have to unlock the phone, find the camera, aim it and hold it steady — usually in low restaurant light, often while someone else is waiting to pay. Every one of those steps is a chance to give up.
A tap removes all of them. The phone touches the card and your review page is already open.
Then there is how it looks on the table. A laminated paper QR reads as cheap and temporary, and it quietly undercuts the room you have spent real money getting right. A proper card looks like it belongs — so guests pick it up, where a printed sticker just gets ignored.
Do I need any hardware or an app?
None. Your guest simply taps their phone on the card and it opens your review page. It works on iPhone XS and newer and effectively every modern Android, with nothing to install for you or for them.
What if we change our listing?
R50 per card to re-encode. The chip is rewritable, so nothing gets thrown away if you rebrand or relocate.
What if a card stops working, or one goes missing?
If a card stops working, we replace it free within the first 12 months. If one walks, replacements are R190.
A few will go missing — that is normal. Each card is programmed to your link and does nothing for anyone else, so there is no risk in one leaving the building.
Clean and compliant. No incentives, no filtering of who gets asked, no fake reviews — all three breach Google’s policy and put your listing at risk. The card holds a link, not data, so it adds nothing to your POPIA burden.
